Important
information regarding orders, shipping and various other bits of trivia:
Shipping
Most orders ship within 7 - 10
business days of order placement. All bags are shipped via Priority Mail through
the US Post Office. Once shipped, a confirmation email will be sent along
with a tracking number.
Sometimes we might run out of stock on a bag and not have a chance to reflect
this on our site by the time an order is placed. If out of stock, we will notify you
asap as to when we expect to get more inventory in.
Care
Instructions
All of our bags are made from
the highest, most durable grade of vinyl and nylon. Most marks/stains that
appear on the bag can be taken off fairly easily.
VINYL
The cleaner that we've found takes out almost all stains & discolorations is RUBBER CEMENT REMOVER. We can't tell you why it works. All we can tell you is that it works wonders!
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Dip a q-tip into solvent.
2. Rub q-tip + solvent over area.
3. Mark should come off momentarily.
If you have a stain that you can't get rid of, please let us know and we'll help you research how to get rid of it.
(Please note: NEVER use fingernal polish remover on vinyl. It will permanently
remove the lustre of the vinyl. We found this out the hard way!)
NYLON
We use a very strong weave of nylon that is waterproof and pretty
resistant to most marks, scuffs and stains. Should dirt of some sort adhere
to your bag, first try gently wiping or brushing it off. If that doesn't
work, any kind of spot remover should do the trick.
If you're desperate, feeling dangerous and want to take a chance - you can
actually machine wash your nylon bag. We have done this to numerous bags
in order to test them out and we've never had a problem (knock on wood).
The bags came out squeaky clean.
The only "slight" change to the bag was that the nylon strap lost flexibility
by maybe 5% but it was barely noticeable. If you have a particularly aggressive
stain, machine washing might do the trick. But having said that, we offer
this only as a last option and take no responsibility should damage be done
to your bag. Machines and settings vary by brand so we do not take responsibility
should something go wrong.
But if you're willing to give it a go, here are the instructions.
WASHING
1. Machine Settings
....• Temperature - Cold
....• Cycle - Gentle
2. Use standard amount of detergent.
....• We prefer liquid.
3. Wash as normal / take out asap.
DRYING
1. Set the temp to be as low as possible.
2. Our dryer comes with a rack to put
....shoes on for drying. We suggest
using
....this as it keeps the bag from being
....thrown around.
3. Dry for 5 minutes at the most.
...• Just take dampness out.
4. Take the bag out and let it air dry.
And voila, you should now have a squeaky clean nylon bag...almost as good
as new!

| Returns |
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days from day of delivery. The item must be sent back to us unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. An RMA number must be issued from Silent Revolution before item can be returned. When requesting an RMA number from us, please be sure to let us know why you are returning your bag. |
